Software License Terms

1. The license

When you purchase a yearly license, MarketingToolsProHub grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased software on one (1) Windows PC for twelve (12) months from activation. The software is licensed, not sold.

2. How you get the software

The software is not distributed publicly. You contact us, we confirm which product fits your requirements and the price, and after purchase we provide the installer, your licence key and setup assistance. Until a licence key is activated, sending and extraction features remain paused; your local data is not deleted.

3. Activations and transfers

One license key activates one PC per product. If you replace your computer, contact support and we will transfer your activation to the new machine free of charge. We may decline transfers that show a pattern of sharing one key across multiple simultaneous machines.

4. Updates

While your license is active you receive all software updates at no additional cost. Updates are distributed as installers from marketingtoolsprohub.com and install over your existing version.

5. Responsible use

You are responsible for how you use the software. In particular you agree to:

• comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform you interact with (including WhatsApp and Facebook) and with applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws in your jurisdiction;
• message and post only to recipients and communities where you have a legitimate basis to do so — the software is built for consent-based marketing to your own customers, leads and communities;
• not use the software for unlawful, deceptive or harassing communication.

Automating third-party platforms can carry account-level risk (for example rate limits or restrictions imposed by those platforms). Features such as auto delay reduce but cannot eliminate this risk, and MarketingToolsProHub is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts.

6. Restrictions

You may not resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the software or license keys; reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the software; or circumvent trial or licensing mechanisms.

7. Data

The software processes your contacts, leads and campaign data locally on your PC. We do not receive or store this data. See our Privacy Policy for what the website itself collects.

8. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketingToolsProHub's total liability for any claim related to the software is limited to the license fee you paid for the twelve-month period in which the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may terminate a license without refund if these terms are materially breached (for example key resale or circumvention of licensing). You may stop using the software at any time; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
