Strength & conditioning
Coached sessions in small groups, built around getting stronger and staying that way. No queues for the rack, no contracts you have to argue your way out of.

$150 per month

Classes
Five session types running through the week. Times shown are demo examples.
Squat, press, hinge and pull on a progressive cycle. Loads tracked in the app so every week has a target.
Intervals on bikes, rowers and treadmills. Forty minutes, scaled to whatever you can do today.
Ropes, sleds, carries and box work. Built around movements you actually use outside the gym.
Forty-five minutes of positions your hips and shoulders will thank you for. Good on a rest day.
One-to-one sessions for a specific goal, an injury to work around, or a competition date.
Train your own programme with a coach on the floor if you want a form check. Included in every membership.
Free trial
Your first session is coached one-to-one so we can see how you move before you join a class. Bring trainers and a water bottle; everything else is here.
This is a demo lead form. In production it connects to your CRM, email or WhatsApp, and can write straight into your booking system.
Coaches
Demo profiles. The coaches below are fictional examples showing how a real team would be introduced.
Programme design and strength. Runs the Monday and Friday sessions and most of the one-to-one work.
Intervals, engine work and anything involving a sled. Also the person who talks you into one more round.
The mobility and yoga sessions that keep the rest of the week possible, plus return-to-training work.
Why train here
Eight racks, two platforms, a turf lane and enough bars that nobody waits. The floor is laid out so a class and open-gym members can train at the same time without getting in each other’s way.
Every membership starts with a movement assessment, and every class is capped at twelve so a coach can actually watch you lift.
The space
The floor, the classes and the room everyone forgets to use until they try it.

Member notes
Demonstration copy showing how member reviews would appear once collected.
“Booked the free session on the site on a Sunday night and trained on Tuesday morning. Nobody tried to sell me anything.”
“Twelve people per class means the coach actually corrects your setup instead of shouting encouragement from across the room.”
“The app tells me what I lifted last time, so I stop guessing and just add weight.”

Demo location — this address is fictional and exists to show how a location block is laid out.
A production site would add a map, a live timetable and your Google Business Profile.
Most gym enquiries are one question: can I come Tuesday at six? A WhatsApp button answers that without anyone filling in a form.

Forge Athletics is a concept, but the parts that convert are real work: membership tiers people can compare, a timetable that stays current, a trial form wired to your CRM, and WhatsApp for the quick questions.
